Don’t Know Where to Start With Brand Photography? North End Boutique Didn’t Either

Claire, getting brand photos

When Claire, the owner of North End Boutique, filled out her discovery form, she ended one answer with, “Lol you’re speaking French to me!” I laughed out loud reading that—and knew instantly this was going to be a fun one.

Claire didn’t come to me with a shot list, specific poses, or a branding manual. But what she did come with was heart. Her personality, her story, and her passion for helping women feel confident in what they wear? That part was already solid.

That’s all I need.

At Rebecca Marie Photo, I guide women through intentional, confidence-boosting brand sessions, especially those who don’t know where to start. Because let’s be honest: most of us don’t have it all figured out when it comes to brand photography. Claire’s session is proof that you don’t have to.

Meet Claire: Boutique Owner, Irish Soul, Confidence Curator

Claire, showing brand photos are fun.

Claire owns North End Boutique, a Nebraska-based women’s clothing shop that serves up neutral, timeless fashion with just the right amount of fun. Her tagline? “Clothing, accessories & giggles.” (Seriously, I couldn’t love it more).

She’s 100% Irish, born on St. Patrick’s Day, and named her boutique after Boston’s North End, where her dad grew up. This brand is personal in the best way. You feel that when you walk in, scroll through her site, or open a package from her shop. It’s warm, welcoming, and made for women 25+ who are so over the crop-top trend (same).

Claire’s mission is to help women feel at ease in their clothes and in their skin. And as someone who also wants my clients to feel seen and confident, I felt so aligned with her brand.

A Photoshoot Without the Pressure

Claire wanted brand photos to use across her website, social media, and maybe even printed thank-you cards. But beyond that, she wasn’t sure where to begin. And that’s okay, because my job is to make it simple and enjoyable.

We chose a studio session so we could keep things clean, comfortable, and focused. I gave Claire space to just be herself while I guided her through posing and storytelling. No stiff smiles. No awkward hands. Just her, her story, and that contagious laugh that lights up a room.

By the end of the session, we had captured images that felt exactly right, warm, real, professional, and full of personality. Photos she could actually use and feel proud to share.

What I Love Most About This Session

Claire reminds me why I love working with small businesses.

She didn’t need flashy branding or a viral moment. She just needed photos that matched the brand she’d already built so beautifully, one rooted in laughter, legacy, and helping women feel good in what they wear.

I’m so honored I got to be part of that. And I hope these images help her keep connecting with the women who walk through her doors (in person or online).

Wondering If You’re “Ready” for Brand Photos?

If you’re like Claire, passionate about your business but unsure where to start with brand photography, I want you to know you’re not alone. You don’t need a detailed plan. You don’t need to have all the answers.

You just need someone who gets it.

That’s where I come in. I’ll guide you through a photoshoot that reflects you, your values, your personality, and your story.

Ready to feel seen? Let’s work together
