There’s something magical that happens when a brand lives up to its name, and Holy Crunch is no exception.
From the first email to the final photo, this session wasn’t just about colorful snack packaging or polished product shots (though we got those too). It was about capturing the heartbeat of a women-owned Nebraska business that’s turning everyday fruit into something extraordinary, joy-filled, wholesome, and just the right amount of unexpected.
Meet the Women Behind the Crunch
Holy Crunch was founded by three powerhouse women, Steph, Crystal, and Emily, who are moms, visionaries, and food innovators all rolled into one. What started as a creative solution to preserve fruit for their families has grown into a thriving freeze-dried snack company with loyal customers and a mission rooted in faith and family.
Their brand is vibrant. Their products are playful. But more than anything, their story is grounded in community, values, and the kind of light-hearted grit it takes to run a business while raising a family.

Photography That Showcases More Than Just Product
When they reached out, the goal wasn’t just “cute product photos” (though we got plenty of those, too). It was about crafting images that show:
The joy in their process
The intentionality behind their brand
The realness of women building a business with heart
We styled their brand photography session with colorful produce, playful layouts, and faith-based touches that reflect their mission. We captured both individual portraits and team moments to highlight who they are, not just what they sell.
And we did it all with one goal: helping Holy Crunch show up in their market with images that feel just like them.
Why I Loved This Session
Photographing Holy Crunch reminded me why I love working with women-owned businesses. There’s something special about documenting not just what a business does, but why it matters.
This team didn’t need perfectly rehearsed poses or a fancy warehouse backdrop. They just needed space to be themselves and visuals that could help carry their message further.
Now, their images live on their website, social media, and product packaging, bringing consistency and connection to every customer touchpoint.
Holy Crunch, Holy Mission
What I love most about Holy Crunch isn’t just the snacks (though the pineapple is chef’s kiss). It’s the way this brand shows up with joy, purpose, and a whole lot of heart.
They make snacks. But really, they’re making something more: A reminder that it’s possible to feed your family with fun, live your values out loud, and grow a business that reflects your faith.
